Ø        In addition to the hourly rate for the car and chauffeur, any damage
in excess of usual use and wear of the hired car, there will be a minimum
charge of $500 for the repair and/or general cleaning of the car. Decision
as to the unusual wear and use of the vehicle interior and its environs rest
with Dana Limousine..
Ø         All vehicles are strictly NON-SMOKING. All reservations require a
35% NON-REFUNDABLE deposits.
Ø        For reservation for under 9 passengers, cancellation of a
reservation with deposit has to be 48 hours prior to reservation date,
otherwise full amount could be forfeited. In any case, deposit is
NON-REFUNDABLE. For reservation for over 9 passengers, cancellation of
a reservation with deposit has to be 7 business days prior to reservation
date; otherwise full amount could be forfeited. In any case, deposit is
NON-REFUNDABLE
Ø         No personal checks are accepted. Insufficient payment will be
subject to $25 fee for each occurrence.
Ø        Dana Limousine is not responsible for items left in the vehicles at all
times. If anytime during the drive the ride is terminated, none of the money
will be refunded. If any breakdown occurs in the course of the job, the
client is subject to pay for the time used only.
Ø         Dana Limousine will not be responsible for delays due to heavy
traffic, accidents, or any act of God, thus, lost of time will be made up at the
end of the job.
Ø        In compliance with CPUC Regulation Section 5384.1&.3,
CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES BY PASSENGERS UNDER
21 YEARS OF AGE IS PROHIBITED
